* We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of the used handbags and items for sale. However, please note that variations in colour and condition may exist due to the nature of pre-owned items.
* 1.1 Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the item descriptions are accurate, the nature of the goods means that the condition can be subject to personal interpretation.
* 1.2 My Arm Candy strives to describe any strong or noticeable odours, however, due to the preloved nature of items, scents and odours are received differently by individuals. My Arm Candy cannot guarantee the absence of odours or scents.
* 1.3 Due to the preloved nature of items, My Arm Candy cannot guarantee the history of items and cannot confirm whether items are from pet free environments. Under no circumstances shall My Arm Candy be liable for any injury or illness as a result of allergies arising from exposure to any Item sold.
2. Authenticity:
* We guarantee the authenticity of the handbags and items sold through our platform. We do not sell counterfeit or replica items. All Mulberry items are authenticated “in house” all other brands are subject to a external authentication process.
3. Pricing:
* All prices are listed in the £ Pounds sterling. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are non-negotiable.
4. Payment:
* Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. All purchases can be made via PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account to complete checkout. Despatch of an item will only take place once the item has been paid for in full.
5. Shipping:
* The price outlined of the item is fully inclusive of Royal Mail special delivery or equivalent. Shipping will take place within 2 working days from purchase, delivery time is out of our control once shipped.
6. Returns and Refunds:
* Returns are accepted within 14 Days of receipt, the items must be returned in the exact condition (not used by you) they were sent out in, with all tags, dust-bag etc. All our bags are now fitted with a security tag which should only be removed if you are 100% happy with your purchase. The cutting and removing of this tag will void the 14 day returns outlined above. Please note Returns will not be accepted from a smoking environment, or if the item has acquired any aroma not previously present. Return shipping is payable by the buyer and must be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of the item subject to review of condition. Refunds will be minus the original shipping cost unless the item is not as described.
7. Condition of Used Handbags:
* The condition of each used handbag is described in the product listing. Please review these descriptions carefully before making a purchase. An item described *As New is still considered a preloved item.
8. Privacy Policy:
* We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
9. Warranty:
* Used handbags and items are sold “as is.” We do not provide any warranties, express or implied, for the items offered. *As new is still implied as a preloved item. Whilst such items may still be under manufacturer’s warranty, it is the Buyer’s responsibility to confirm any warranty period prior to purchase. The warranty remains with the manufacturer, not My Arm Candy.
10. Dispute Resolution:
* Any disputes or issues arising from your purchase should be communicated to us through the contact information provided on our platform. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter amicably.
11. Limitation of Liability:
* We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or purchase of our products.

* We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our platform.

* My Arm Candy is not affiliated or a licensed partner of the brands sold, however authenticity is 100% guaranteed. All items are second hand even if described as “as new” condition (that is they all come from previous owners). All items are genuine and authentic, without exception.
